Sunday Morning Service

26th April 2020

Allan has sadly woken up ill, so we’re postponing any live stream until this evening.

This morning we’ll be continuing our series in Esther

Good Morning. Once again we have come together as God’s people to seek Him and worship Him, and though we can’t be together physically, we aim to meet on the same day at the same time, in order to remember our fellowship in the Lord, and worship Him as one.

“You have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the judge of all men, to the spirits of righteous men made perfect, to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.”     Hebrews 12:22-24

So let us worship Him!

Come people of the risen King

  • Praise God for His mercies to us, His protection and provision, His sovereign rule over all things.
  • Pray for our nation, our PM, our leaders, our doctors and hospital staff.
  • Pray for God’s people in this time of hardship, that each would know God’s sustaining grace, and wisdom to know how to serve Him.
  • Pray for God to speak to us as we read His word and hear it preached.

How then should we pray?

Now the Saviour who died, who lives and who reigns, grant you joy in labour, peace in troubles, hope in despair, and faithfulness in temptation. Amen.
