Physical Meetings Guidelines

It will only be possible to attend a physical meeting if you and your household are not isolating or symptomatic (high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste)

You must agree to follow the instructions given to reduce the risk of infection. You must ensure any children with you also comply with the rules.

On the day:

  • A face covering is required (apart from limited circumstances) for walking around and singing. It may be removed at other times if you would like
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the meeting starts
  • Please social distance from other groups arriving or leaving
  • You will be asked to wash your hands upon entry
  • You will be seated in family groups with 1m+ spacing, not facing each other, or with screens between groups
  • Hymn books and bibles will be available, but will be quarantined after use
  • Drinks will not be available: please bring your own if needed
  • Please leave the hall promptly at the end of the meeting – and follow rules on social distancing and gathering in groups when outside

Privacy:

  • Please see our privacy policy for use of your personal data
  • You should be aware that your face might be visible on the evening online broadcast
